Now that you have an idea in mind, it’s time to…

Do some research
Go to Ebay and perform a few searches related to a particular product line. See what people are offering and IF the product you are selling is already being sold a lot. The idea is to get something new and exciting out there so people just can’t survive without it, and THEN be the only seller offering it to them!

CHA-CHING!!

A little research goes a long way for you here. You can learn what search terms are being entered, what categories things are listed in and how much the market price is currently. With this information, you can stay competitive.

Now you have a product AND a little education, it’s time to…

Write an AWESOME description
This is an important part of the Ebay listing and is the first thing that potential buyers see. Use descriptive words, adjectives and word groupings that catch the eye. Words like “no charge” and “free” have power! If you know a little basic HTML, use colors and font sizes to accentuate the WOW! factors.

Build the product up to “God” status but don’t lie! Just accent the positive and present the best mental picture possible.

Add a photo to your listing. Why? Because it’s FREE and people like to see what they are bidding on. A picture can sell thousands of items, folks!

Put together an AMAZING package deal
People like free things and that word (FREE) will draw buyers to your listing. As an example, I used to offer my buyers a free t shirt with every item bought and they absolutely ate it up. All you need to do is add the phrase **FREE BONUS** to your description. Curiosity will prevail and if you offer it, they will come.

Another way to draw buyers in to your listing is to put the shipping into the price of the item. In your description, you can use “Free Shipping” as a selling point. Repeat that in the listing text body. This sounds simplistic, but it works!

Remember that these buyers never meet you or see you in person, so all they know about you is what they see on their computer screen.

I used this style for this article by starting the headline with the term “3 easy steps to..”. Other versions of this could be “5 tips to successful articles” or “The 7 best article headlines” People like knowledge broken down into manageable size chunks. Something about having a task broken down into small tasks appeals to most readers.

The final step is to be controversial with your headline. You will find some subjects where this style is perfect. You could say something like “Article writing is a complete waste of time”. You will probably disagree with this statement and that will make you want to read the article. Do not overdo this method as people can see through this type of headline unless it is well done. Writing an article title is important to get right so use these 3 tips to help you get the headline attractive.

Brute Force SEO: An interesting name.
The name ‘Brute Force SEO’ suggests a product that may be a help with search engine optimisation but is neither refined nor subtle.

Pete’s claims for BruteForce SEO are bold but the launch video is pretty refined.

His website at bruteforceseo.com is, at the time of writing, pretty bare apart from an earlybird signup form ( I recommend signing up ) and a link to the feature set of the software.

The first reason for signing up to the early bird list is that only 500 subscriptions will be sold.

What is the purpose of Brute Force SEO?

It seems as though Brute Force SEO is built from the tools he has been selling to eager internet marketers for the past few months. I’ll provide more information later but in simple terms Brute Force SEO is designed to enable users to build simple sites on a number of Web 2.0 sites, a process called by some search engine marketers ‘parasite hosting’.

When the sites have been created a linking structure is set up so that each page can expect to rank well in its own right as well as linking, ultimately to the money pages.

Then, Brute Force submits all the rss feeds from the first site and all the newly made feeds to around 20 rss aggregators, this guides search engine spiders to the new pages.
Next the articles added to BFS are syndicated to a network of article directories where they will be read and, hopefully, re-published onward.
If any video has been added to the system then Brute Force SEO will forward it to 20 video directories.

Apart from adding content for the sites to Brute Force almost everything is hands-off. Of course where captchas are needed to show that a human is at work then we users need to do some work.

Pete reckons that setting up an entire network of sites using Brute Force SEO will take about 30 minutes, I have not yet had chance to test this claim.)

A point to note is that BruteForce SEO can handle several projects at once so one can spend a morning setting up several networks, interrupted only by the need to add captchas and review progress.

Peter’s claims for Google domination are completely believable. I have used manual systems and obtained similar results using similar techniques to those of BruteForceSEO. My biggest caveat and warning to users is this: I was able to get to be among top affiliates for some big name launches without using an email list by using techniques very similar to those Pete recommends, but I was doing so in circumstances where the big name marketers were not actively working on website visitors. I always considered this to be a little lazy and have made good profits from their lack of effort, but I can only speculate as to what might happen if a large number of the users of Brute Force SEO all chose to promote the same product or launch.
In my opinion users will need to work to find appropriate niches and make careful choices about which products to support, or to accept that in the final analysis, even a tool such as Brute Force SEO needs skill and care to get the best from it.

It is worth noting that some of Pete’s products have not worked as well as buyers hoped. I do not think this is going to be an issue here because BFS is built from established components and, as a flagship product, Pete’s reputation is on the line here!

When I found out about Brute Force SEO I joined the early bird notification list because I could see potential in the offering. As long as the software does its job and users apply the requisite care and skill then BruteForce SEO users will do well.

Finding a constant supply of articles to put on your blog or in article directories can be very difficult after your early enthusiasm begins to wane. The standard thing to do is to buy plr articles or even free niche articles that already have most of the work done for you. I never put plr content up without making substantial changes because it will never be indexed very highly by the search engines. You will very swiftly learn how to rewrite all the plr content you have so that it becomes original content.

 Using free Niche articles

If you are really efficient you can even get paid to write articles on the web but you have to pretty much rewrite the plr material. If I am looking to make money with my articles I usually write them myself as originals rather then rewrite plr content. You can put rewritten plr articles on your own websites as long as you have changed at least 50% of the content. To get paid for your articles you really should not be tempted to use plr stuff and try to pass it off as your own work.

 How to use and rewrite plr articles

Article writing instructions are few and far between so here are a few tips on article writing when you want to rewrite plr articles.

 Make sure the article actually makes sense as it stands. You really good quality plr content, poor plr articles will be nearly impossible to make something good out of it. You do not need to write an epic.

Rewrite the first and last articles completely. You should ensure you include the relevant keywords that you are writing about. For the middle part of the plr article you can just make minor changes to words and phrasing.
